At Nature Spa, you move through the elements: cedar sauna, wood fired hot tub, cold plunge, outdoor nature shower, and rest spaces, at your own pace - supported by nature’s embrace and your body’s own innate intelligence.
“Self-directed” means there are no hands-on treatments or therapists guiding you. Your experience is personal, unique, and curated by your own specific needs, rhythms, and intentions. -
You’re invited to move freely between the cedar sauna, wood-fired hot tub, cold plunge zone, hot outdoor nature shower, and fireside space. There’s no sequence to follow — only an invitation to listen inward and respond to what feels nourishing.
Warm clay, nourishing seaweed, and locally crafted body oils are also provided for self-directed use during your Spa time. -
Not at all. This experience is designed for both beginners and seasoned Spa goers. You choose the pace, duration, and intensity, resting whenever you like and allowing your body to guide the experience, rather than a set of rules or prescribed ritual.
-
Traditional spas often focus on services performed on you. Nature Spa is built on a different philosophy: that nature already provides what we need, and that the body restores itself when given the right conditions — without fixing, forcing, or instruction.
-
No. Nature Spa does not offer massage, therapy, or clinical treatments. We focus on creating the right conditions through warmth, water, quiet, and nature — and trust the human body to do what it is designed to do, balance, heal, and integrate, when it feels safe, supported, and nourished.

Nature Spa exists within the Nature’s Way Private Members Association because our philosophy is rooted in freedom, self-responsibility, and respect for the innate intelligence of both the human body and the natural world.
The PMA is a private, voluntary association where members gather by choice to engage with nature, nourishment, learning, and restorative experiences in a way that honours personal autonomy. Rather than operating as a conventional service model/business, this structure allows experiences to be self-directed, relational, and grounded in mutual consent — with no practitioner-client hierarchy or arbitrary restrictions.
We believe nature already provides what we need to restore balance, and that as human beings we are designed to heal and regulate when given the right conditions.
The PMA model supports this by inviting members to take responsibility for their own experience, to listen to their bodies & intuition, and to engage with offerings in a way that feels aligned and respectful to them. This structure reflects our emphasis on personal integrity. It protects privacy, supports conscious participation, and allows the space to remain rooted in natural law, personal accountability, and reverence for nature.

Spa participation involves a range of clearly defined exchange options, which are available to members of the Nature’s Way Private Members Association.
Membership itself includes a one-time $10 lifetime fee, which functions as a voluntary exchange and part of the informed consent process required to participate in the private association.
Within that member-held space, current experience offerings and exchanges are shared transparently, allowing each person to choose what feels aligned for them. -
Because what we’re doing here is about more than exchanging money for a service.
You’re being invited into a private, member-held space — a different way of engaging with participation, choice, and wellbeing. Within that space, all spa experiences and offerings are clearly shared with members, so you can decide for yourself which experiences resonate and whether the exchange feels aligned.
This approach reflects our commitment to conscious participation, autonomy, and self-responsibility, while keeping all interactions within the private, member-held framework of the association. -
Becoming a member of the Nature’s Way Private Members Association is a simple, voluntary process.
Membership involves 2 steps:

From there, all experiences remain self-directed, optional, and entered into by your own choice.

Yes. Many members choose to experience Nature Spa with a partner or a small group of friends.
Each person must be a registered member of the Nature’s Way Private Members Association and included in the booking. This helps us maintain a calm, spacious, and well-held environment, and ensures that everyone entering the space has given informed consent to participate within the private domain of the association.
Group sizes are intentionally kept small to preserve the quiet, self-directed nature of the experience and to honour both the space and the other members sharing it.

Nature’s Way, and our Nature Spa experience, is for those who are drawn to a slower, more intentional way of being with their bodies and with nature. It’s a space for self-directed experience, where you choose how you move through the the elements, and where your own rhythm, needs, and inner guidance lead the way.
If you value privacy, autonomy, and engaging with nature as an active participant in your own wellbeing, this space was created with you in mind. Many members come not just for the physical experience, but for the simplicity, presence, and sense of freedom that the environment supports.
Nature Spa is designed for those who value privacy, freedom, and a slower, nature-based approach to wellbeing.
If this feels aligned, the next step is simply to join the Nature’s Way Private Members Association.
